All delegates are requested to make their own arrangements for accommodation.
The World Conference organizers have reserved accommodation from July 27th to August 3rd in hotels close to the conference venues. A limited number of rooms for additional nights (July 22nd to July 27th) have been booked at four of these hotels for pre-conference participants staying in Helsinki for the World Conference.

- Registration for the 2024 Special Music Education and Music Therapy Pre-Conference Seminar is now open here.
- Deadline for registration 17-Jul-2024. There is no Early Bird registration fee.
- Should successful applicants not comply with this requirement, their submission may be withdrawn from the program.
