Tourism and Social Activities
The Commissioners have lined up an exciting range of social activities for the delegates, all of which are optional but must be pre-booked along with your pre-conference registration. Here are the events at a glance:
Each delegate is allowed one accompanying person to this welcome reception at a cost of US$25 payable at the time of registration. Please indicate your dietary preferences during registration.

Cruise+Concert+Dinner Buffet = US$119
Cruise+Concert+Cold Tapas Buffet = US$109
Cruise+Concert+Dinner Buffet+Cold Tapas Buffet = US$140
Please note that these are payable during registration. You may also choose to only pay for the Cruise+Concert during registration and opt to dine directly on board (Subject to availability)
CMA Participants are advised to reserve your boat ticket and optional meals as soon as possible, no later than 10 June. We have reserved 50 boat seats for CMA. The boat has a capacity of 130 guests, which are open to the public, so please book as soon as you can.
Important information: Boat departs from Laukontori harbor in Tampere city center at 15.00, arrival in Laukko at 17.15 via Pirkkala, stop at Rantaniitty pier both ways. Return from Laukko at 21.00 and arrival to Laukontori at 23.15. Kindly note that the boat will wait until the end of the concert if the concert exceptionally lasts past 21.00 and leaves immediately after. Please take this into account when planning further connections from Laukontori harbor.
